WILKOTE SERIES
General Description
Wilkote series (340 sp, 340, 336 and 380) are produced from lauric fats raw materials and using advanced processing technology in hydrogenation, refining and blending.
Product Characteristics
** White solid at room temperature, t ransparent when being heated to liquid; odorless.
** Not brittle, convenient to handle and mold. Soft, refreshing and non-waxy taste.
** Excellent lustre and anti-crystallization ability.
** Does not require heat treatment and saves production cost.
Product Applications
Used in chocolate, candy, biscuit coating, ice-cream coating, vegefat butter and non-dairy creamer applications.
Packaging In 20kg carton.
Storage Conditions
Cool, dry, shaded and clean environment. Optimum temperature: 15 - 25 ºC .
