WILFIL SERIES
General Description
Wilfil series (35, 37, 39 and 41) is produced from lauric fats raw materials and using advanced processing technology in hydrogenation, refining and blending.
Product Characteristics
** White solid at room temperature, t ransparent when being heated to liquid; odorless.
** Not brittle, convenient to handle and mold. Soft, refreshing and non-waxy taste.
** Excellent lustre and anti-crystallization ability.
** Does not require heat treatment and saves production cost.
Product Applications
Used in chocolate, candy, biscuit coating, ice-cream coating, vegefat butter and non-dairy creamer applications.
Packaging In 20kg carton.
Storage Conditions
Cool, dry, shaded and clean environment. Optimum temperature: 15 - 25 ºC .
