Fengyuan feed lecithin is a yellowish-brown viscous liquid. It is produced using fresh wet gums from the degumming centrifuges. The main components are: lecithin, cephalin and triglyceride. It is also rich in nutritional substances like unsaturated fatty acid, inositol, and vitamin E. Our feed lecithin production is a continuous process, hence oxidation is low; acid value is low; biological activity is high and has good palatability.
Composition: Glycerine, fatty acid, phosphoric acid and amino alcohols.
Characteristics: This product is yellowish-brown viscous liquid, absorbs moisture; dissolves readily in vegetable fat and animal fat; good water dispersibility; and partially dissolves in ethanol.
